Thank you for shopping with Sinclair Outfitters. Because our products are made to order through print-on-demand partners, please review the following shipping information.
Processing Time All orders are processed and fulfilled within 3–7 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Times Once fulfilled, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at seanwebb206@gmail.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll make it right.
International Orders International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by their country.
